La Brasserie du Lycée Hôtelier

The Brasserie is the second application restaurant * of the Hotel School of Dinard. It is open during school periods from Monday to Friday for lunch.

It is also open for dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 18:45 to 19:30.

The brewery of the hotel school is a friendly and warm place where students will be eager to welcome you and make you discover traditional dishes but also more current from selected products from our local suppliers.

Committed to the preservation of the resources of the sea, students work products whose resource is not in danger.

Each day, the pupils propose you various menus to choice, at the price of 9.20 €, drinks in supplement.

The students of the complementary mention "Sommellerie" have selected for you their favorites of the moment.

* The operation of the educational restaurant follows the instructions of the service note 95 249 of the Official Bulletin no. 43 of 23 November 1995:

"The possible price differentials with the profession as well as the possible qualitative variations can be explained by the purely educational nature of this application restaurant. The prices charged do not, in fact, include the charges to which commercial catering companies are subject and therefore can not correspond to the rates charged by private restaurants. "
